| One of the best incense selections on this site - I use this for meditation/breathing exercises when feeling stress or anxiety. However, this is only of benefit when used as part of a relaxation regimen and not by itself. |

| I was disappointed with this. The reviews had me expecting better than it is.
It''s a mild woody incense. Nice but a little weak for the stress I need to relieve. |
